Interesting post. Generally, I find that meta-cognition and mindfulness are important tools for navigating life and gaining a deeper understanding of your own reality. However, there's a thought that pops up from time to time, “What is so wrong with just experiencing without ceremony?” I think finding a balance between the feeling and thinking states of mind is important, but that's just my current thoughts on the matter. Things might change down the line 😂
Also, as a disclaimer, I'm not an expert at writing, but I think some clarity is lost in your phrasing at times in the article. Anyway, this is just how I felt when I was reading your article. I'm always happy to receive constructive criticism myself, so I try to share my hopefully friendly, unsolicited thoughts as a writer (fyi I'm not very good one 😂). Please don't feel compelled to change on my behalf.
I'm putting a lot more stock into feelings these days, and I think an important point that this article misses is that being mindful of the sensations in your body can be really impactful too. It might just be a quirk of my psychological makeup, but I find my feelings are much more reliable than the stories I tell about them.
Wow this is very deep. And the statement that not all things can be taught is so on point it’s CRAZY!
A lot of life’s lessons can’t be taught simply experienced and it’s up to us to learn and or apply it to our selves.
In proverbs(to back up your thoughts$ says so a man thinks in His Heart so is He . This coincides perfectly with what you’re conveying.
Thank You.
I am definitely going to read Scout Mindset, because I see a lot of things very clearly. I also tend to overthink things.

" In fact nothing can be 'taught,' it can only learned by the student " alright that's deep !
An old Chinese proverb says "When the student is ready the teacher will appear".
I am smarter than I think. Great Article! Thanks for sharing

This had me hooked and it's so inspiring and good for those looking for self development, truth and sincerity.
Pursuit of knowledge is not for self appraisal but for the absolute truth. The truth indeed sets one free
